As a Recruiting Assisstant, you will make phone calls to our contact database to drive applications and take all incoming phone calls from potential candidates as well. You will complete phone interviews, schedule onsite interviews, and track the hiring process.Additional responsibilities for the Recruiting position include:Collaborates with Recruiters and Recruiting Manager with ideas for new advertising channels, drive employee referral contests, and manage interview schedulingPerforms a variety of administrative tasks in support of hiring quality candidates in a timely manner.Completes daily and weekly reports on recruitment activities.Maintains employment records for future reference.The ideal candidate has had customer service, hiring experience, has held no Pass a criminal background check.Bilingual - Spanish EnglishTemp to Hire opportunity$10 to $13 an hour.Monday - Friday - 30 to 40 hours a week to start out.
