I am renting a bedroom in my house. The house is nice. 1600 sq foot inside, with 700 sq ft air conditioned shop totaling 2300 sq ft. Central air and heat. Fenced yard, gated driveway that comes around behind the house. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms/2 car carportI am a very clean and energetic 27 year old guy. I am a professional musician so things around here get loud at times, but mostly it's quiet and peaceful around here. The neighborhood is decent. Just a block from Lois Jackson Park which is a nice park with walking and biking trails. For $350 plus bill split you can have your own bedroom and free use of all the Kitchen and utilities like Washer/Dryer, Carport, 37" flatscreen with xbox360, I have two furnished bedrooms available right now. This house is completely drug and alcohol free. If you have pets we can discuss a deposit for your animal.
